Lance Easley was cast into the national spotlight after the touchdown call he made on Monday Night Football in September of 2012. He was overwhelmed by the attention and criticism that has made him consider retiring from officiating. This short film follows Lance through the aftermath, his return to the field that season and his thoughts questioning if he should stop doing something that he loves. Will this be the end of the road for his officiating career?

This film follows several High School football officials and gives the viewer a look into the inside world of football officials. It surrounds one game, dissecting how it will be officiated while also showing the rest of the season and how these unsung heros perform this job that most people never consider their plight and why or how they do it.
